With a background in Medicine and Psychology, Shraddha heads a team of medical records
reviewers and summary specialists and ensures quality and timely delivery of medical summaries.

She has a rich experience of 10 plus years and has been actively working as medical record reviewer and summarizer for her varied clients, which include Orthopaedic specialists, Pulmonologists, Internal Medicine specialists, Neuropsychiatry specialists, Psychologists, as well as Attorneys.

Shraddha specializes in summarizing and reviewing Psyche records, as well as QME/IME reports, WC reports, in addition to regular medical records including Hospitalization records, Office visits, Radiology reports, etc.

AYUSH BHATIA

Ayush also has a background in Medicine and has more than 10 years’ experience in Medical record reviews. He specializes in Timeline, Narrative and Deposition summaries, and is into process and Quality checks.
